## Validation Checklist

- `/start` opens the Telegram menu.
- Natural reminder text produces a preview.
- Save writes to Google Sheets.
- Scheduler sends due alarm.
- Alarm buttons work.
- Search, today, week, history, edit, delete, snooze work.
- `/health` returns ok.
- `/ready` returns ready after env is filled.
